The analysis examines how these women transform their pain into action, confronting numerous challenges such as lack of resources, violence, and impunity. It highlights the importance of Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ESCR) in this context, underscoring the interdependence between civil and political rights and ESCR. Enforced disappearances not only violate these rights but also perpetuate a cycle of exclusion and poverty. The analysis also emphasizes the need to implement effective public policies and provide comprehensive support to the families of the disappeared, including international cooperation and institutional strengthening. The participation of civil society and families in the design of public policies is essential, as is the creation of reparation programs and preventive measures to prevent future disappearances.
